5. YouTubeOur website integrates videos from the YouTube platform. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("YouTube"). Integration is carried out using the domain www.youtube-nocookie.com in order to avoid the setting of cookies by YouTube as far as possible when the page is loaded.
To protect your privacy, YouTube videos are not embedded directly by default. Instead, a placeholder is displayed. A connection to YouTube’s servers is only established and the video loaded once you actively consent by clicking on "Accept and play video."
When a video is played, YouTube may process personal data such as your IP address, information about your device, and potentially information about which subpage of our website the video was accessed from. This data may also be transmitted to servers of Google LLC in the United States. We have no influence over this data processing.
Your consent is stored in a so-called session cookie and applies only for the duration of your current session. It is deleted when you close your browser or when the session expires. Upon your next visit, you will need to provide your consent again. No persistent storage or profiling across sessions takes place.
Legal Basis
The integration of YouTube videos and the associated data processing are based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and, where applicable, § 25 (1) of the German TTDSG (Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act), if access to information stored on your device or the storage of information on your device is involved.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by reloading the page without activating the video or by adjusting your cookie settings accordingly.
Further information on data processing by YouTube can be found in Google’s privacy policy:

For data processing activities in the United States, Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA may also be responsible. 6. Server Log FilesEach time you access our website, a number of technical data points—which qualify as personal data—are automatically collected.
This includes:
- The user's IP address

- Browser type and version
- The user's operating system

What Are IP Addresses?
IP addresses are assigned to every device (e.g., smartphone, tablet, PC) connected to the internet. The IP address in use depends on the type of internet access your device is using at that moment—this may be the IP address assigned to you by your home internet provider (e.g., via Wi-Fi), your mobile provider, or even the operator of a public or private Wi-Fi network.
In the most common format (IPv4), an IP address consists of four numerical blocks. For most private users, IP addresses are not permanently assigned but are dynamically allocated (so-called "dynamic IP addresses"). In contrast, "static IP addresses" are permanently assigned and may be more easily linked to an individual.
Except for investigating unauthorized access attempts, we do not use IP addresses to personally identify users. We only use them anonymously to analyze trends such as which pages are visited most frequently and how many daily accesses occur.
Note on IPv6 Addresses:
If you already use an IPv6 address, please note the following: An IPv6 address consists of eight blocks of four digits. Typically, the first four blocks are dynamically assigned by your internet provider. However, the last four blocks—known as the "interface identifier"—are determined by the device you are using. If not configured otherwise in your operating system, this identifier is often generated using the device’s MAC address.
Since MAC addresses are globally unique and can identify your device, we do not store the last four blocks of your IPv6 address. For enhanced privacy, we recommend that you enable "Privacy Extensions" on your device. Most modern operating systems offer this functionality, although it may not be activated by default.
Retention Period
Server log files containing the data listed above are automatically deleted after 30 days. We reserve the right to retain server log files for a longer period if there is evidence suggesting an unauthorized access attempt (such as hacking or a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack).
7. CookiesWe protect your privacy: This website does not use external cookies, but only strictly necessary technical cookies.
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device by your browser when you access our website. This allows individual services on the website to "recognize" you and "remember" your settings (e.g., storing login data), which improves usability for users.
In many cases, cookies are also used to collect statistical data on website usage and to use such data for analytics or advertising purposes. We deliberately refrain from this practice in favor of protecting the privacy of our website visitors.
8. Prepaid, Including Prepaid CréditWe offer prepaid features on our website www.zukunftsblick.ch. This includes the ability to load prepaid credit into a prepaid account. The credited amount can be used for prepaid calls to advisors or advisor call-backs.
Use of the prepaid function requires registration and the creation of a customer account. Registration is carried out via a web form. To register, customers must provide the following mandatory personal data:
– First and last name – Street and house number – City, country – Email address
In addition, a password (chosen by the user, consisting of letters and numbers) is required to access the customer account.
To top up the prepaid account, the customer must enter a current telephone number in a second web form. In the next step, the customer can choose the amount to be credited to the prepaid account.
After confirming the amount, the customer is redirected to the website of the payment provider CommDoo GmbH (www.commdoo.de). There, the customer selects the desired payment method. During this payment process, the following data is transferred by us to the payment provider CommDoo:
– First and last name – Street, postal code, city, country – Telephone number – Email address – Internal customer number
If you choose to pay via bank transfer (prepayment), we will be able to view your bank details (IBAN, account holder, and BIC). We use this data exclusively for billing purposes.
Legal Basis
The processing of personal data described above is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. This allows the processing of personal data if it is necessary for the performance of a contract. The data processing described here is exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling contracts with customers who register for and use the prepaid system. The transfer of data to the payment provider and to our consultants is also necessary for full execution of the prepaid process and is likewise permitted under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Retention Period
Data necessary for billing purposes is retained in accordance with tax and commercial law retention requirements.
9. NewsletterIf you subscribe to our newsletter, we will use the email address you provide to send you our newsletter.
Legal Basis
This data processing is based on your consent, which you give when subscribing to the newsletter. According to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, data processing is permitted if you have given consent for one or more specific purposes.
Retention PeriodThe personal data stored in connection with your newsletter subscription will be deleted once you have successfully unsubscribed.
10. ChatWhen you use the entertainment chat, the full text you enter and send in the chat window is stored by Zukunftsblick and made available to the advisor for response. The chat text may contain personal data if you choose to include such information.
You are solely responsible for determining whether you may include personal data of third parties in a chat message. Zukunftsblick cannot verify whether you comply with GDPR requirements in doing so. Please only include names or other personal references if it is strictly necessary and you are certain that the inclusion is legally justified under data protection law. If, under the GDPR, you are required to inform third parties about this data processing, it is your obligation to do so.
Legal Basis
The data processing described above by Zukunftsblick and the advisors is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. This provision allows for the processing of personal data where it is necessary for the performance of a contract. By using the chat, a contract is formed between you and Zukunftsblick.
Retention Period
Chat transcripts are stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which they are no longer accessible to advisors. For each advisor, up to 40 chat messages are stored; older messages are deleted unless tax law requires their retention. In such cases, the data is "restricted," meaning it is accessible only for the purpose of fulfilling legal retention obligations.
